The Sacred Hawaiian Islands

Each of the Hawaiian islands has its own unique powerful energy. Some say the islands are the Chakra System of the Planet, each resonating with one of the 7 chakra energies. Many say the islands are alive, and as you travel from island to island you find each has its own unique powerful energy. The common thread many find within each is their ability to help amplify your connection to ones self and the earth.  

Root Chakra - Hawaii Island Formed by 5 volcanoes, the big island is alive with the red and black energy of the lava it creates. The Root Chakra relates to the earth element, and is the foundation and support system for life. When in balance you feel grounded and secure.

Sacral Chakra - Maui When on the island of Maui you will find incredible crimson sunsets, papaya, lemons, pineapples and various fruits creating a gorgeous pallet of yellow and orange. The Sacral Chakra is associated with creative and passionate energy. When in balance we are able to easily manifest our ideas and bring them into fruition.  

Solar Plexus Chakra - Lanai Known as the pineapple island, Lanai is filled with the golden color of pineapples. The word Lanai meaning 'conquest of the sun' giving it a warm vibrant energy filled with light. The solar plexus chakra is the center of willpower and personal strength. When in balance we feel a strong sense of self worth and confidence.

Heart Chakra - Molokai Known as the heart of Hawaii, Molokai is the only island that has never been overpowered. A true center of love and compassion, Molokai resonates with the energy of the heart. When the heart chakra is in balance, we feel love not only for ourselves but also for others.

Throat Chakra - Oahu Known as the gathering place, Oahu is truly the voice of the islands. With aqua blue oceans and clear skies this island resonates with the 5th chakra color blue. The throat chakra represents our ability to communicate. When open we are able to openly express our thoughts in a clear and effective way.

Third Eye Chakra - Kauai The oldest of the islands, visitors to Kauai often come to find insight in meditation. The third eye chakra is associated with our ability to find clear intuition and inspiration. When open we are able to easily connect with our ideas and follow our dreams.

Crown Chakra - Niihau Niihau is actually a private island. It is a beautiful pristine pure space, similar to the pure white light of the crown chakra. When the crown chakra is open we are able to accept ourselves and fulfill our highest potential.
